In my opinion tentorium cerebelli would be a better answer than straight sinus, in this T1 Non-Contrast MRI. (Answering this a SS, will be similar to labeling SS as Tentorium cerebelli in a Contrast T1 Sagittal Image).
Finally it will all come to the examiner's discretion !.
